Romantic hotels in 1st for 25th ann

We will be arriving in Paris for our 25th wedding anniversary end of May. Would love feedback on romantic hotels in 1st arrond. We are avail. to spend approx. $400-$600 USD per/nite. TIA

I think hotel Therese on rue Therese is a nice small romantic hotel. Romance is brought by flowers in the room, a bottle of champagne and who you are with.

Hotel du Louvre also has some nice large rooms but perso I prefer smaller hotels.
