accommodation for student (3 months) from March 20 ?

UK student, aged 21, has a 3 month internship with magazine in Central Paris. Looking for a 3 month rental, is this possible ?

I believe the Cite Universite in the 13th arrondisement houses foreign students for long term stays in a dorm like setting. There are separate buildings for students from each country -- I know there are buildings for Canada and Argentina. There should be one for England as well.
