Nice a good place to stay for monaco grand prix ?

Any advice please. Monaco is obviously bursting at the seams so would Nice or somewhere else close but by rail link be a good place to stay?

Was at the grand prix two years ago and stayed with a friend in Nice.It%26#39;s perfect for the race and a lot of people do it. Train from Nice will take 20 mins. If you decide to leave immediately after the race prepare to queue at the station. Alternatively you could walk parts of the racetrack or check out the harbour area as these are open not long after the race is finished
