1st Visitor - Hotel Advice Please

I%26#39;m taking my wife to Paris for the long Valentines Weekend as a thank you for looking after me recently (I%26#39;ve had cancer).

I%26#39;m part paying with AirMiles, so I%26#39;ve got down to a few hotels but can%26#39;t decide what area (and therefore hotel) is best.

The options are...

DE L%26#39;ODEON - 13 Rue Saint Sulpice, Paris, 75006

MERCURE TERMINUS NORD - 12 Boulevard Denain, Paris, 75010

OBSERVATOIRE LUXEMBOURG - 107 Boulevard St Michel, Paris, 75005

AMARANTE QUAL ARC DE TRIOMPHE - 25 Rue Theodore-de-Banville, Paris, 75017

We just want the standard Paris Experience, the usual tourist sites.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Observatoire Luxembourg

Amarante

Mercure

Hotel de l%26#39;Odeon is certainly the most central, and check the reviews - it should be quite acceptable.

Hi Craig,

Did you go to Paris for the Valentines weekend in the end? If so, hope you can help me. I%26#39;m planning to take my boyfrined to Paris during Easter break and, because I%26#39;m travelling with Airmiles too, I thought to ask you if you chose one of the hotels from their website and what was your experience?
