Late arrival at Tours airport

Does anyone know how one can hire a car for a 22.10 arrival at airport on a Sunday??

According to the Tours Airport website

it says that the four regular car hire companies open their desks at the airport for all incoming Ryanair flights; so I suggest you contact one of them.

Sorry for the delay in thanking you for the advise.I have since found a lift from the airport to Chinon.I will arrange a car there.Thank you again .
