Le Pré aux Clercs, Stéphane Derbord (Wilson hotel restaurant), le Chapeau Rouge, les Oenophiles are the most rated (and expensive)

Then le Bistrot des Halles, les deux fontaines, le clos des Capucines, la Dame d%26#39;Aquitaine.
