Hi
I am looking to take my two young children to Paris in the summer, I have tried googling for friendly areas of paris but there is that much info on Paris that i can not seem to narrow it down, I have visited Paris twice myself 5 years ago wheni was 18, but was a very nieve tourist and stayed in a dodgy area of paris, I am alot older and certanly alot more aware now of tourist areas through my experience of travelling, so i was just wondering if anyone had any areas they can reccomend thats not too far away from attractions and has a good reputation,
thanks

I like the Latin Quarter with kids because it is near Luxembourg Gardens and its great playgrounds and an easy stroll to the Seine and Notre Dame (and Berthillon) It also has interesting street markets, cafes etc
But Paris is generally a family friendly city with lovely parks and playgrounds all over --
