Excellent restaurant in Troyes

We found an excellent traditional french cuisine restaurant.. Le Bistroquet

There is a lot of authentic food..... well worth trying . The Menus ( fixed price) are very good.... some of the dishes were excellent , others a little challenging... in the main the starters and deserts were very good and the mains varied... they specialise in sausage ( andouillete).. but it was how do I put it... very strong and filled with bits of meat... not for the faint hearted!.

I recommend the herring starter ( limitless amount) and the chocolate mousse is a surprise!.

We speak French but there is an english menu if you need it

Will be giving this a try but in meantime in view of your travels around, do you have some places to recdommend in Arras to eat at please ?

In response to the query about a restaurant in Arras - I would recommend La Rapiere at 44, Grand Place. We had a superb meal there. Note that you will need to use French as their English is quite scant.
