Hotel la solitude

Hi, I wonder if anyon has stayed in the hotel la solitude in lourdes, and if so, would you recommend it.

I hope to take my elderly mother there and want somewhere near the Grott and clean and comfortable.

It is very close to the Grotto. It is clean comfortable with many newly refurbished + soundproofed rooms. The staff are lovely.I often recommend this hotel

Would you know what type of weather to expect in may and do you know anything about hotel mediterannee

The Hotel Mediterannee has nice public areas , however the rooms are standard for 3* Lourdes hotels, The hotel is situated in a quiet area fronting the river and is about a 10 - 15 minute walk, on the flat, to the entrance of the Sanctuary.

Could be very wet or very hot. Be prepared for both.
