Hi all,

Just about to book an apartment in Place Rosetti.

I wanted to know what the area was like ?

Which Bus would i catch from the airport ?

How easy is it to get to Antibes ?

Thanks

Right in the centre of the pedestrianised Old Town, full of life. Great if you want to be in the thick of things, handy for everywhere really, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, galleries etc and close to the beach, Castle Hill and Port, very touristy. Handy for the Gare Routiere/Bus Station.

You need the 98 express bus from the airport and take it to the Gare Routiere or bus station, cross over the tram line and dive down into the Old Town, it%26#39;s about 5 minutes brisk walk probably once you know where you%26#39;re headed.

You can catch the 200 bus from the same Bus station to Antibes, very cheap but can take a long time in the summer or for a fast non-stopping train, you need to walk to the main train station on Ave Thiers, it%26#39;s about 25-30 minutes walk or the new tram will get you there in a few minutes, not quite door to door but nearly.

Hi Simon

We are planning a trip to Nice in May with our 3 year old son. Could you let me know how you went about booking an apartment in Place Rosetti.

Thank you.
