Your experience with hotelclub.com

I%26#39;ve now booked a Citadines aparthotel via hotelclub.com. The prices for my choice location was so much better than compared to elsewhere, and I like the security of reserving w/ my Amex card instead of wiring money,etc.

I%26#39;ve reserved the room and received my confirmation email and voucher. Now I%26#39;m afraid that if I%26#39;ll arrive at the hotel with my confirmation voucher and the hotel staff won%26#39;t acknowledge it. I hope I%26#39;m just being paranoid, but I%26#39;ve read a few stories on the TA reviews and forums about hotel staff %26#39;not liking%26#39; internet reservations..

Has anyone else had experience with hotelclub.com? Hopefully, they are positive experiences! The price was so good, I didn%26#39;t want to pass up the deal. Pls share!

I have used hotelclub a couple of times outside of France without any problems, and, as you said, with great prices.

Can you verify your reservation directly with the hotel before you arrive? That might put your mind at ease.

I%26#39;ve used Hotelclub.net many, many times for bookings in France and all over the world. Haven%26#39;t had a problem yet, so hopefully you won%26#39;t either!
