Versailles workers on strike?

Does anyone know if the workers at Versailles are still on strike? I went to Versailles on the 20th and the workers were on strike and no one was sure when it would be open.

We have a package to tour on the 13th of march. I don%26#39;t recall seeing any alerts on the main website. Would this be in the news? I%26#39;ve been checking the paris news or at least what I could find and I didn%26#39;t see anything on any strikes as I know it happens very often over there.

It is the low season and it is also ski vacation or mid year break for the schools. Maybe a lot of workers are off because their kids are off? Nothing on my radar here.

They had a sign up when I got Versailles that said the Palace will be opening late today. I waited around till about 12 and gave up and went back to Paris. I have searched the news and have not been able to find out anything about the strike.

We have plans to visit Versailles March 14, I have checked their website and not seen any alerts, but if I have over looked any thing please post to let us know, thanks
