Well, you need two hotel rooms, an apartment would be cheaper for sure. Depends what you want to pay.

I may never stay in a hotel again after staying in apts. in Paris, London, and Rome. What a great thing to do. Great beds, linens, space to move around and not be climbing all over each other. Mix and mingle with locals, walk to the Monoprix and get your diet coke at a fraction of the cost from a vendor or restaurant, bring home fresh croissants, keep cheese, bread and wine in the fridge for snacks, etc. Eat your breakfast in and save some bucks. I absolutely recommend it.

I agree 100% with the previous post. I am in an apt in Paris NOW and have enjoyed it very much.

Is it perfect? Of course not. But it is

Cheaper than a hotel, Bigger than a tiny hotel room, Great to live in a neighborhood and mix with the locals.

We got an apt with a washing machine, so we could pack less.

Full kitchen was great, we could make coffee and have light breakfast on our own schedule, and each evening we have some local cheese and fresh bread with wine for TONS less than you would pay in any hotel.
