I would like to warn everyone NOT to rent an apartment from these people. www.vacationinparis.com They are horrible. They give you one price and then begin tacking on all kinds of other charges and you end up paying so much more then you thought you would. They made up something wrong with the apartment to not give us back our security deposit. There was no toilet paper, the couch was stained and disgusting, the tv didnt work and the place was incredibly noisy. All in all it was disappointing. DO NOT use these people for your holiday. i repeat, DO NOT!

VIP are generally highly regarded.
In particular I%26#39;ve never seen anyone mention anything about additional charges. Their pricing policy is pretty well spelt out on their website - the per night charge, the cleaning charge if less than 5 nights, the damage waiver etc.
