Pentecost and Whit Monday - a question of crowds

This year these fall on Sunday 11-May and Monday 12-May - these would be the two days that I have to visit DLP. Are these busy times for DLP? Since they are religious based holidays, I wasn%26#39;t sure.

I get the sense (though I may be way off) that a busy DLP is less busy than a busy WDW or DL - or are hour long waits normal for busier times?

I have been quite a few times now and have only ever waited more than a hour once and that was when I went at the end of June - Thunder Mountain the ride was

I think a lot of it depends on a number of things. Whether or not the French children in that area (the ones with annnual passes) are on holiday, what holidays children from other countries are having at the same time and pure luck.

As I%26#39;ve said I have been once in June, but mostly we go in September and have had varying degrees of busy but, when going in September I have never waited more than 30 minutes for any one ride and that was the Peter Pan ride for which you can get a fast pass ticket anyway. Sept 06 was the year we waited for Peter Pan but when we went last Sept we waited no longer than 15 minutes and for the %26#39;Big One%26#39;, Space Mountain, we walked straight on - mind you it is some walk LOL

In the UK Whitsun falls at the end of May - or at least the children are off school for the last week of May. The Bank Holiday is the 26th May. France%26#39;s Whit holiday looks as if it is at the same time, so maybe it won%26#39;t be as busy as you think? Mind you Sundays are going to be busy just because it%26#39;s the weekend and I would say weekends are busy all year round

I%26#39;ve never been to either Florida or California but understand that WDW has very long queues - up to 3 hours??

Anyway, given the dates you are coming are not, or as far as I can make out are not, holiday dates in France or the UK, I see no reason to think it will be extra busy with huge great queues apart from it being a weekend on one day, we have always found a Monday to be a quieter day to visit
