Do the Corsica trains run on Sunday

We will be arriving on Sept. 27, 2008 to spend the night in Bastia. We want to take a day trip on the train the next day, Sunday, probably to Vizzavona, and return to Bastia in time to catch the 8:30 p.m. ferry to Toulon. Can anyone confirm that the trains do run on Sunday? Also, although we will have no dead elephants in our luggage, one in our party would not be able to walk far, so I also need to know if there are taxis available. Thanks in Advance

Trains have always run on a Sunday. Timetables for September are not available yet but you can check on www.corsicabus.org, which has both train and bus timetables.

Thanks so much for the info. Can you tell me if a taxi would be available at the ferry to take us to our hotel?
